Charming Lodging in SLO

I consider the discovery of the Apple Farm Inn & Trellis Court in San Luis Obispo, California to be one of the best things to have happened to me in this young year...I'm rather fond of Victorian-style Inns anyway, and this is one of the best I've encountered.  What was notable was the olde-timey canopy bed and the fireplace.  I've always enjoyed the San Luis Obispo area, and the sense of tranquility you feel when you're there.  As a California Army Nationalguardsman, I got to spend 3 different summer camps at Camp San Luis Obispo.  One of the most fun things to do when you're in that area is to visit San Simeon better known as Hearst Castle........a real example of what a lot of $$$$$$ can do for you!
