Meet Hall & Associates

Andy Hall and his Associates are committed to excellence in service and results. His clients enjoy a team effort to help satisfy their real estate needs.

Previous owner and operator of Hall's Supermarkets, supervised the supermarket and shopping center projects in Mt. Aukum & Pleasant Valley. The Pleasant Valley Halls Supermarket opened February 10th, 1988, and the Hall family operated it until sold to the Holiday Markets. The Mt. Aukum Hall's Supermarket opened June 1995 developed by Andy along with 28,800 sq ft of shops.

Andy has raised five children of his own & two step children: Randy, Brian, Nicole, Tina, Codi, Natalie & Wyatt. All five of the Hall Children and 12 grandchildren reside and work in El dorado country.

Andy has been working in investment buying of real estate since 1968 and has personally bought (enhanced) and sold many properties. These experiences honed his skills in site selection and development for projects on a commercial and private scale. His knowledge of the area and the people who live in it greatly enhance his sales ability.

Since forming the team in 1999, he has achieved top listing and top selling agent status ranked in the top 5% of El Dorado County. He is dedicated to helping clients he serves. Andy has sold many Ranch and Vineland Properties and has a great knowledge and ability to obtain investment property for his clients.

Prior to switching to United Country Andy has been a member of the Re/Max 100% Gold and Platinum Clubs and El Dorado County top Achievers as well as Top listing and Selling Agent.

Andy has been making bigger and better changes. Recently as of January 2, 2006, Andy now has his own office. After obtaining his Broker's license he decided to open up United Country Hall and Associates. Andy feels this move is only for the better, with a wider span of advertising. Not only locally but throughout the United States. This could only mean one thing, a larger variety of people are looking at your home! United Country has proven to bring in much more buyers and leads to any United Country Office.

Finding the right one is his challenge. It's like fitting that final piece in a puzzle.
