and Guests joining him at the Piano, no cover charge for Bar or Dinner Guests. 7 to 9.30 p.m.

Thursday, December 6: First Thursday. Enjoy our full menu, or take advantage of the one-night Starving Artists $25 fixed two-course menu.
Homemade oxtail soup; rich broth of slow-simmered oxtail, fresh vegetables & barley
Filet of fresh Salmon, poached in white wine & aromatic vegetables; served with green beans and steamed potatoes, or
Roast Christmas Goose with buttered peas & sweet potato
Patty and Dayton of Izon Eden will entertain you; (no cover charge).

Christmas Day Menu 2007, 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday December 25, only $24.50 per person, children half-price or even less (depends on their size!)

Appetizers: Whale & Ale Burger & English Chips choice ground Kobe beef, chargrilled & served with lettuce, tomato, crispy onion & thousand island dressing Beef Wellington: the best choice filet mignon, packed with mushroom duxelle (finely chopped mushrooms with garlic butter and seasoning) wrapped in puff pastry and baked. Pirigourdine sauce (beef stock reduction with Marsala, chopped truffles), vegetable & mashed russet potatoes Grilled Filet of Scottish Salmon with mashed russet potatoes & fresh vegetables Filet Mignon tender and lean 8 ounce filet under melted blue cheese sauce, sautied & served with mashed fresh potato & fresh vegetables __________________________________________________________ New Year's Eve Menu 2007. Roast Goose with cherry sauce, fresh steamed vegetables & mashed russet potatoes
The Anne Boleyn 10 oz. English Cut Roast Prime Rib of Beef includes Yorkshire pudding ,fresh vegetable of the day & mashed potatoes
Desserts:
Pumpkin pie ,apple pie, English sherry trifle, warm toffee pudding cake
Roast Goose with cherry sauce, fresh steamed vegetables & mashed russet potatoes, then Steamed Maine Lobster Fresh live Maine lobster steamed to order with steamed red potato & fresh vegetables or Porterhouse steak: The best steak there is, it consists of a T-shaped bone with meat on each side. The larger side contains meat from the strip loin, (New York Steak), whereas the smaller side contains the tenderloin, (Filet or Filet Mignon). T-bone steaks from the rear end of the tenderloin contain a much larger section of the tenderloin, & are called porterhouse steaks. Grilled to order topped with garlic butter & a side order of mashed russet potatoes
Dessert: Queens Apple served with creme anglaise & raspberry coulis
