The weeds are out along with the flowers...so much to do and not enough time in the day to do it all. Besides our garden growing like crazy...we've also had a lot happening at our French Country Inn this month of May. Our last French Regional Cooking Class for May with Chef Eddy Rico...is coming up soon on May 30th. This month it's been all about Provence! This is also the time of year where we get lots of guests spending the night with us that are from other parts of the world...yes, we are busy; but give us a call, we may just have room for you!
